Moduxa Core

The whole Moduxa system.

Moduxa is three things that work together: engineering plugins starting with irrigation, one Core under all of them, and free videos that show every plugin at work.

What every plugin shares.

Project CenterOne project per site — standards, units and approved products.
CatalogueManufacturer data as open files. Add a manufacturer without waiting for us.
Symbols & FamiliesYour office's blocks, scaled per drawing, in one library.
Project QAEvery module registers its checks in one list — no separate QA per discipline.
BOQ & ReportsQuantities scoped to the project, an area or a single zone.
Levels & gradingSpot levels, falls and cut & fill — built once, used by every plugin that touches the ground.
Designer AIPlanned. Suggestions that carry their reason — never a silent change.
Engines

The calculation underneath.

Three calculation engines sit underneath everything, each written and tested once. Irrigation is the first plugin to run on them — the plugins coming next will run on the same engines.

Pressure networksHazen–Williams · Darcy–Weisbach

Pressure, flow and velocity through a pressurised network — solved at any point you click.

Irrigation · more coming soon

Gravity networksManning

Falls, invert levels and pipe capacity for everything that drains by gravity.

Electrical circuitsLoad · voltage drop · cable size

Loads, voltage drop and cable sizing from the fixture to the panel.

Platforms

One engine, one adapter per platform.

The calculations never depend on which program is open. Each discipline has one engine; each program — Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, ArchiCAD — gets a thin adapter on top of it.

RevitComing soon

Every building plugin, on native Revit pipes, fittings, systems and circuits — Moduxa adds the calculations and checks Revit doesn't do, with its own families where Revit has none, like irrigation heads. Planned.

AutoCADIn development

The first platform. Moduxa Irrigation is being built and tested inside AutoCAD 2026.

Civil 3DComing soon

Infrastructure, drainage and grading — with surfaces, levels and pipe networks. Built on AutoCAD, so the AutoCAD adapter carries across. Planned.

SketchUp · 3ds Max · RhinoComing soon

Where landscape concepts and visualization happen. Visualization, planting and hardscape reach them. Planned.

ArchiCADComing soon

The Architectural plugin for offices that design in ArchiCAD. Planned.

One project

One change reaches the whole design.

Because the drawing, the calculations and the schedules come from one project, nothing has to be copied by hand. Move one bed and watch what follows.

01A bed movesThe irrigation area changes in the drawing.
02Heads followCoverage is re-checked and the heads are adjusted.
03Pipes followFlows are re-added; sizes and pressure are re-checked.
04Schedules followThe legend and equipment schedules update.
05Core closes the loopOne BOQ and one QA list for the project, updated.
How we treat numbers

A dash is more honest than a zero.

Engineering software tends to print a confident figure where the true answer is “we don't know yet”. Moduxa is built the other way round.

An unknown is a dash, never a zero.A zero looks like an answer. When the model can't supply a figure, Moduxa shows — and tells you what's missing.
Unknown is never PASS.A check with nothing to check reports Unknown. The most dangerous line on a sheet is a green one nobody verified.
Every number has an author.A figure comes from a catalogue, a standard or a person. Moduxa doesn't fill the gaps with defaults.
Your drawing keeps running.Every command is guarded. If something fails you get a clear message — not a crashed AutoCAD session.
No manufacturer lock-in.Products are data files. The software never hard-codes a brand.
